"Had a wonderful relaxing stay in a room overlooking the river. The welcome was friendly, clear instructions for getting to our room, and encouragement to use the โmini barโ items as they are included in the room cost. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Also fairly new, I think. The view across the road to the river was delightful. We ate at the bistro (booking highly recommended) which provided a very nice meal. Really appreciated the 1/2 size servings offered - just the right size for us. All through our stay, staff were pleasant and helpful. Would be glad to come again some time."

"At this price point I would expect there to be more luxury amenities included in the stay. While we booked via a winter deal at a cheaper price point I would have been disappointed if I paid the full price. There was not a sponge and tea towel, no robes or slippers etc. However, the property was clean, contemporary and comfortable. We were pleased with the large space, views and smart television."

"Exceptionally clean property with beautiful river views. Easy check in. Comfortable bed with lovely linen. Only issue being the original place we booked was swapped out due to spa heater issues. I agreed to the swap not realising I was also missing a bath in the alternative property. I chose the accommodation because I love outdoor hot tubs and free standing baths. Never mind. Still has a relaxing time. Only other thing to note is limited dining options especially on a Sunday. The list of places in the welcome folder was out of date, more than half now closed. The pub had decent pub food, but there were no fine dining options close by."
