We initially got a room that hadn't been properly cleaned but once I called reception, they were very apologetic and moved us to a newer clean room. The stay was very comfortable and the staff were great.

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival was lovely..river view from room ..and bed quality were superb.. Room a little run down, and bathroon grout was wanting.. But positives far outweighing . . Hope to visit again one day..thankyou! Ps ..first class coffee to be had from restaurant anytime, even if eating elsewhere!

This hotel is good general speaking. My only complain is the room service, we asked to the staff twice to vacuum the room and we never got it. Apart from that, is not a bad place to stay, and the pool is quite good.
