"Our room was a little dated but was very clean and the bed was lovely. The staff were exceptional in all areas including reception, bars, restaurants and cleaning. They left us chocolates when they cleaned our room and the breakfast was was great. "

"I stayed for 2 nights to enjoy some peace and quiet. I loved the beautiful trees and bushes around the property, in particular the pond with the fountain. The bird chatter added to the serenity and feeling of being disconnected from city life. I loved the pool- swimming is one of my favourite ways to relax. "The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Adelaide. It’s close to the museums, central market (15 mins walk), China Town and the main train station for trains to Port Adelaide. The rooms are very comfortable and traditional in style with large beautifully done bathrooms. The room was also very quiet despite being near a lift. A bonus was the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini bar, which we only realised on the penultimate day of our stay!! "
