"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

"Overall, I enjoyed my 9‑day stay at this studio. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and felt safe and convenient. The space itself was comfortable, but I did run into two issues: the housekeeper only came once during my entire stay, and there was an ant infestation that required constant treating. Despite that, the location and general comfort made it a decent stay."

"During our stay we had alot of inconveniences we lost power a lot throughout the days, air conditioning and water but that one isn’t ther fault due to the water outage. When we arrived we had 3 apartments booked our first one didn’t have a key so we had to go get a new one and wait for it to be remade it. The rooms weren’t the cleanest there was a lot of random dusty and dirty stuff around the rooms. You only hav Ac in the rooms if they are working but everywhere else in the apartment doesn’t."

"The room was really nice and updated! Newer part of the hotel. However, the staff just gave me keys and said second floor… there’s different elevators and walk around looking for room, in incorrect area… and floor. Had to head back to reception to be advised that room was located in different area of resort… that’s still being built and that’s why no one in the hotel knew where that room # was located. Then, the following day… there was water leak and the entire lobby was under water."
