Spectacular

It was a nice experience. Staff is kind in extreme from the begining at the front desk with Saif & Adman, as our host in the roof top bar, and also the waiters and cookers in the restaurant. The Apartment was impecably cleaned by Deepak & Shashi and the support of the Front Office Supervisor Sanket Mestry was very valuable. The location is gorgeous and pacefull.

While my luggage danced off on an unexpected adventure with the airline, the staff at [Hotel Name] transformed what could have been a stressful time into a testament to exceptional service. Upon my arrival, Angelo and Antonita at the front desk were exceptionally supportive and understanding. They attentively helped me through the complexities of airline procedures and were incredibly helpful in meeting all my requests. Their assistance included providing recommendations for nearby malls where I could find essentials while waiting for my luggage The breakfast crew – Kriss Ann, Ali Medini, and Nikken – brought sunshine to my mornings with their delightful smiles and delicious food. Their friendly chat and attentiveness were exactly what I needed to start my day off right. The rooftop haven, managed by Mahendra and Farrukh, became my escape during this unsettled time. Their welcoming presence and keen service made me feel right at home. It was a space to breathe and simply be. Finally, a big shout-out to the incredible housekeeping team. Respecting my request for minimal cleaning, they still checked in daily to ensure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We stayed as a family of six, including two young kids and two teenagers, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and everything was up to the mark. We booked a non-smoking room on the first floor, facing the pool, which was very convenient. The kids especially enjoyed their time at the pool as well as the hot and cold baths. Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation and we highly recommend it!

Pros: Fantastic experience. Manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite fit for a king! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Views were great. Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful and seemed eager to please. Place felt secure. Staff picked up on an overcharge that was quickly remedied. A package that we requested to be sent to the hotel was graciously accepted a couple days before our arrival. All in all a great stay. Would go back again on our next trip to Bahrain. Cons: No USB ports in the rooms which for a hotel of this stature is quite surprising. Also balconies are locked (for safety reasons the notices state) which is a shame given the view.

Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later. Pros: Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily without having to wait an eternity. Cons: Only downside is that the room LACKS USB ports.
