"The property wasn’t clean at all. It was so hard to find. However, the staff was great!"

"The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. "The address provided to me through email was incorrect so we spent over 100 in cab fees trying to find it and finally decided to book another hotel. Customer support gave one complementary night, which was a 2 night reservation, to the hotel but provided me with a new address."
