"I really needed a room change , there were three of us and the beds were not big enough, the staff were abrupt and did not really try to accommodate us so that there were three beds for us to use or even a rollaway bed, the rooms are very tiny and there is no place to sit down in the room only a couple of chairs outside, there is no refrigerator , so no ability to keep drinks cold. "We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Oro Verde! Everything was in excellent condition and the place is very well-maintained. We loved the fact that when we arrived the property had a nice pool that we weren’t expecting, so it was a great surprise! The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature and at the same time the location is incredibly convenient, just 15-minute drive to La Fortuna. Our experience was great from start to finish!"
