"I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries. Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water. "I stayed here for 4 weeks. This place is very quiet, and away from most of the hustle and bustle. I’m pretty sure I was the only traveler here for probably 3 of the 4. This is the perfect place for the digital nomad who is country hopping. A bus and a tram will get you into downtown Sarajevo. The hosts were very hospitable. Just note that all the shops nearby are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly."

"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "

"Good hotel with excellent breakfast options. The gym is quite small, but the pool, sauna, and steam facilities are very good. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the tram stop. We had a small issue at check-in, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and resolved it quickly. The room had a few minor faults, but nothing that would downgrade the overall experience. Overall, a good hotel and worth staying at."
