We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

The pool was good, my only small gripe is that the “gym” is simply a small room with two cardio machines. "We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"I was in a bad personal situation, the staff at this place go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Explaining my situation to the man this morning he was more than understanding and ever so kind to my situation. Helped bring my bags from my room outside and then again helped me take my bags out the front of the property The room was excellent and more than affordable. I highly and strongly recommended k2 for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay"

"We have stayed at this hotel many many times before and find the beds very comfortable and generally the rooms are decent. This time the room was in dire need of an upgrade. It did appear clean but there was a lot of mould in the grout and on the tiles. We also had 2 cars with us and they wanted to charge us $22 for the first car park and $37 for the second. The carpark was half empty. The pool has lots of mould in the tiles and there was a couple of broken ones laying around. We normally find...

"The hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, but they are small. The staff was most helpful. The restaurant I felt was dark and not particularly inviting although the food was OK but somewhat pricey."

"If you are going to Suncorp Stadium or a Caxton Street venue like Lefty's Music Hall, this is the ideal place to stay. Arrive early to ensure limited hotel parking because the only other option is The Barracks which is very expensive. There are two sets of lifts in the carpark - one goes to the function area and the other to hotel reception, so make sure you read the signs.
