"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel - kind of tricky to get to and parking is not for cars bigger than a hatchback. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Good for a cheap simple stay if you need the space."

"Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."
