"-Parking was sometimes an issue depending on time of day. -Restaurant staff and food were always great. -Definitely family friendly. -Pool area is an oasis and usually busy especially weekends. -Room service were available twice a week upon request."

"Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings."

"the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet."

"We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund."

"The rooms were clean, and we truly appreciated the fresh linen. The bathrooms were ok, but needed deep cleaning. The staff were very nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay; it was good and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and it was good value for the money :)"

"Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold."

"This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning."

"The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby."
