"We have been here for one week holiday. The position of the complex is quite convenient (it is located near the most beautiful and populated area in St. Paul's Bay), but our experience was not satisfactory at all. The building is very old, the room cleaning service below the minimum acceptable level (no liquid soap refill, no towels change) and the shower very difficult to use. "We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. "The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again. "
