Great customer service by Nick and Aisha. On arival for whatever reason we were upgraded ro a seaview apartment. Apartment needed some TLC but nothing that I'd moan about. Overall good stay and in a good spot.

Valletta Views like Heaven

Honestly , I love love these Apart hotel , The rooms are so spacious and the view is why I always want to return . I had a couple simple issues and the Reservation and their teams worked tirelessly to resolve it to my absolute satisfaction and I am so grateful to Alex and Teodorah for the communication and vigilance. I appreciate the team and cannot wait to go back for Valentine’s. If you love self catering and waking up to gorgeous views as if you are in your own home but better , check out the Valletta Views by ST Hotels .

Would not stay again

Staff very friendly and informative but the apartment where to start,hob cracked ,table legs just about hanging on ,couldn't use safe as there was a bit missing, sofa ripped,balcony door didn't lock had to ask twice for a iron tried to put the ironing board up and it was broken the new iron in a box didn't work

The flat was nice and quite big. In general in a good condition. A few things to improve. The microwave didn't work properly. The lighting is not the best. Some table lights on the rooms would improve the atmosphere. Otherwise, it's a decent place to stay with a family.

Nice hotel but ...

The flat we booked was absolutely fantastic and well situated. Room cleaning was very good, cleaning of the common pool area not so much. We wouldn't have hesitated recommending this place if it wasn't that we had a number of things going wrong here - on their own not big things but together a bit much for our taste: - Our room wasn't available for the first night. We were given a story about a maintenance problem but we are fairly sure it was an over booking issue. We got a different room and was moved the next day. However we did not have a room from 9 am - 2 pm that day. - As a compensation we were offered a meal in the buffet restaurant. It was literally the worst meal we've ever had in any restaurant around the world and with only the option of tap water even though we were willing to pay for other drinks - The lock to our room was broken from late afternoon one day and even if maintenance was there twice that evening it wasn't fixed till noon the next day - We were on the 8th floor. The elevator broke late one afternoon and again wasn't fixed till the next morning All of these issues were handled with different levels of competency by the staff

bathroom door didn't close or lock and the handle kept falling off; bathroom sink did not drain; patio doors did not close or lock and with rain and window there was water leaking into living room; TV did not work and we had to get it fixed which took about 2 hours; internet only worked next to router and kept dropping; the safe had no lock on it; the toaster and iron plugs did not match malta outlets so they were useless; apartment smelled like an Indian restaurant and smell could not be eliminated with spray or air freshener; power went out twice and we had to assist maintenance person to resolve; living room carpet was filthy; couch had leather scuffs; tiles broken throughout; bathroom door was very damaged and entire bathroom was patched together - very distasteful; main entrance would not open with the code provided so we had to wait for mainentance - lots of time wasted on waiting for items to be fixed multiple times. NO PARKING! Apartment is NOT as advertised and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Remotes for A/C damaged, barely useable, hardly any useful kitchen pans,stove defective, no instructions, no hot water in kitchen, sink drain no plug, fridge dripping water in marble floor, shower doors defective, washing machine no instructions, motion detector kept turning A)C off when out so always very hot when returning to apartment, only one kitchen towel

Very tired apartment with few amenities which didn't work like TV and toasters. Reception insist to write down card details in case of damage or leave a 100 euro deposit. Seems like a very outdated system they use. As expedia which have those details. The apartment is quite a distance from reception in a total separate building down the street. Dont be fooled by the aqualuna pictures its not their pool. And it was not heated.

No hot water - but good overall

The hotel did not have any hot water. This normally isn't a problem in the heat during summer, but I stayed in March, where the nights were a bit chilly and required a not cold water temperature. When I talked to the hotel about someone coming to fix it, it took him 2 hours to reach our room. This was before bed, so I couldn't go to sleep until they came in to fix the water. The person they sent seemed very rushed to get it fixed, and didn't actually end up fixing it either. Other than the water issues, the stay was pleasant.

Amazing location and the views were spectacular. A few idiosyncrasies that you soon got use to. We were in an apartment, so small elevator, steep staircase, temperamental door code, but well worth the learning curve

Båda sofforna var trasiga, luckorna i köket inte ordentligt monterade. Obefintlig ljudisolering mot gatorna. Dåligt tryck i vattnet. Det som väger upp är bra sängar, storleken på lägenheten samt att inträde till Aqualunas pool område ingår samt läget vid vattnet.

L'appartamento è in una buona posizione ma ha ancora tanto tanto da perfezionare. Il check in è stato molto lento e distratto, comunque un punto a favore perché nonostante la luggage room fosse piena hanno trovato il modo di farci mettere gli zaini negli armadietti. Ho prenotato l'appartamento che risulta sulla via principale ma poi ci hanno portato mezzo chilometro più avanti, hanno diversi appartamenti a quanto pare dislocati nei dintorni. La pulizia dell'appartamento è completamente da rivedere. Sia all'arrivo che il secondo giorno non abbiamo avuto i nostri asciugamani, mio marito è dovuto tornare nella sede c'entra per farseli dare, gliene hanno consegnato uno a mano e gli altri sono arrivati solo alcune ore dopo in camera. Ho contattato la struttura ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Questo è stato un vero disservizio. Mancano ganci nel bagno e basi di appoggio attorno al lavabo in un bagno piccolo in cui è scomodo muoversi. Positivo l'accesso alla piscina Aqualuna, ma anche qui scomodo dover andare a prendere dei ticket nella sede c'entra quando potrebbero mandarli per mail o whatsapp, piscina sempre piena. Nel complesso c'è tantissimo su cui lavorare, meglio Alavits hotel sempre della stessa catena, almeno c'è la colazione 😅

Aunque me hicieron un ascenso de apartamento por uno con una vista muy bonita sobre la bahía y que era ampio, lamentablemente el apartamento estaba descuidado por mantenimiento y tuve que gastar media mañana de mi tiempo de vacaciones para explicar lo que estaba mal y luego esperar al señor de mantenimiento para que arreglara unas cosas Estuve un día y medio sin internet, lo cual me afectó ya que mi roaming de datos no funcionaba bien en el celular La persona de mantenimiento fue muy amable y el personal de la recepción en el hotel podría ser más empatica con los huéspedes El aseo no era el mejor, había migajas de comida en el piso y cabello humano en el baño No volvería a este sitio

Vue sublime

Appartement très bien situé, avec une vue splendide sur la marina. La rue est très bruyante mais l appartement bien isolé, et les chambres a l autre extremite sont très calmes. Qq détails étonnants : n oubliez pas l adaptateur pour les prises car le petit électroménager dispose de prises francaises.

Wow wat een uitzicht! En de ligging is ook echt heel erg goed! Het appartement beschikt over 2 badkamers en dat is echt heel fijn. De ene badkamer is ietwat gedateerd en kan dus wel een update gebruiken. Elke dag kreeg je schone handdoeken indien je dat wenste en je had verder ook de beschikking over een keuken met apparatuur en gerei. OV halte is aan de overkant en het uitzicht maakt het! De communicatie met de medewerkers ging ook erg goed. Ik was mijn portemonnee kwijt geraakt, stelde ze op de hoogte waarna de politie contact met ze opzocht en ze mij hierover informeerden. Ook de faciliteiten waren goed. Dinertips: eet bij de buren. Zowel links als rechts van je.
