"The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. "

"Walkersons is a great getaway to the scenic countryside. Gorgeous views, relaxing and very serene. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Make sure to try the Walforf salad. The unit we stayed in (Gretel), was clean and cozy, but has aged over time and needs a modern upgrade."

"Die Lodge ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit bequemen Liegen und herrlichem Blick auf den Sabiriver. "Our stay at 57 Waterberg was truly unforgettable and easily one of the highlights of our trip to South Africa. From the moment we arrived, there was an incredible sense of warmth, hospitality, and genuine care. The lodge manages to combine a beautiful, luxurious experience with an intimate, family-like atmosphere, which is not easy to accomplish—especially in such a remote and spectacular setting. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything feels modern, elegant, peaceful, and...

"Een gloednieuw hotel met fijne kamers en een heel goed ontbijt. Personeel heel vriendelijk. De lokatie is saai maar voor één nacht de accommodatie heel goed."

"Everything was exceptional! The room was beautiful and clean, every single staff member was so friendly and helpful! The facilities were great, the food was delicious and the safari was just amazing! "
