"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "

"This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby. There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. "

"The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Rooms were well-appointed with fabulous bathroom and quality toiletries. Tea pigs tea and Tan y Castell Welshcakes were a cut above, as well as Ty Nant bottled water. The mattress and pillows were lovely quality. Rooms had minimalist furniture creating uncluttered calming space. The full Welsh breakfast was impressive, cooked to order. Unlimited juices, cereal and toast. Friendly, efficient staff. "Me and my wife has stayed at the hotel before and this time it was for our wedding night the staff was amazing and they went above and beyond with our room making it so beautiful for us on arrival. The restaurant wasn’t open this time we went but the bar still offers food which was delicious never the less. We have been to the restaurant before and the food is great there also. "We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5."
