"We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. "Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired."

"I checked into my room to find there were no towels so had to go to reception to tell them. The room was in need of a good clean with dirty marks on walls and doors.Also the door didn’t seem very secure when locked so didn’t sleep well as every sound from outside my room I worried someone might’ve come in. Not a very pleasant experience "
