"Well for starters, the fridge/freezer wasn't plugged in. Causing water to build up in the fridge. So when the door was opened, it came out onto the floor. The reason it was unplugged was because the cord was too short. Causing it to get unplugged when the door was opened. Had to adjust it. Secondly, the drapes don't close all the way. Had to clip them shut. Third, there was hair in the sink and other places in the bathroom. Fourth, the ice machine wasn't working at the hotel. Best...

"The king room was huge, had a separated living room, desk & bar area. Had a TV in the bathroom for the jacuzzi tub, bathrobes in the closet, bed was very comfortable. We would have used the fireplace but we were there in June. Easy to find and a Target and a few food places in walking distance. We ordered from the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. And reasonably priced."

"No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get. "

"The hotel has an impressive lobby and public spaces which could easily accommodate a bar/lounge/café. They would greatly enhance guest experience. We enjoyed the outdoor fire-pit and seating, but our swimmer found the pool busy, and water temperature too cool. Two in our group arrived on Wednesday, weary from a long drive. Luckily it was social night with complimentary bbq chicken and other small bites, and wine and beer. If only this was offered all week, The rooms are great. Space is well...

"Loved the industrial design of the hotel, natural ME pine wood. Their website should note entrance is actually on Front Street, not Main. I went around 3 times until I found the entrance(parking across the street.) Copley College involved in the hotel, branch of their museum up the street. I went back to Waterville(childhood vacation), to go the Colby free museum, so great! All in all, Waterville is back and worth a visit.
