"My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel lacks basic facilities and proper guest service. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and the staff did not provide adequate assistance or room service when needed.
Unfortunately, this was the worst part of my Montreal trip. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not feel that the hotel offers value for money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not choose to stay here again."
"The hotel is in a very central area of Montreal. Very close to McGill university as well. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly. The room we stayed was very clean and well maintained."
"Campus One was very clean, safe, cheap, and in a great location. An extra perk is the free buffet style breakfast everymorning. My only complication was that the staff accidentally gave me the wrong room when I checked in, this led to the correct family coming into my room while I was dead asleep...and alone. They were apologetic and I understand this was a simple mistake but it could have been avoided and handled better."
"Where I booked it was saying valet service was until 11pm but once I got there it was 10:45 and their official hours were until 10:30pm. Would need to make sure information is accurately reflected in booking site, that was the only small issue."
"The Admiral Loft was perfect for our needs. Very spacious!! We live out of town but had an early appt at the General Hospital that required some morning preparation. It was like being in an apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable. The jacuzzi tub is an added bonus. Check out time of noon is great and we even asked for (and got) a 1pm checkout just in case the appt ran late. The pool was not open yet, but that is Mother Natures's fault, lol.
The renovation of the lobby area was very nicely done. We were at the hotel in Jan '26 when it was in process so it was nice to see the end result. We can't comment on the restaurant as we could not eat much due to appt.
Recommend?? 100%"
