"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The bed was glorious! Gorgeous bathroom! But I felt unsafe when I went to get ice, which I needed because my knee was injured. It is in an out of the way area in the hotel with no cameras, no windows. It was Creepy. Also, the street where the hotel is located needs more security. Someone needs to stand outside. I know there is nothing they can do about the activities of the people outside, however they can hire more security. Also, more lighting on their block. Overall, very good experience."

"Hotel was very clean and had great indoor pool. Check in was very easy, I had no problem checking in a little early. Great overall experience. Be aware that parking is not included on the reservation."

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"
