"The hotel was nice, full kitchen and quiet large for our family of four. We had a one bedroom suite, tucked into a corner of the hotel. Location was quiet, on the main floor. Pool and hot tub were nice. The sofa bed was not comfortable, at all. It would be worth the hotel replacing the sofa bed, as we could not sleep well at all and that is an important consideration for returning! "We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...

"Honestly, this place should close for renovations. It's a mess. • 1 working elevator for a 12-floor hotel. The elevator is used by staff (and their equipment) and guests. Elevator wait times were 10+ minutes. Watched a delivery guy? guest? employee? get on the elevator with a large e-bike. "The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed.
