"Room was clean, beds were suitable for overnight but not comfortable enough for a long stay. A definite plus when traveling was the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Having to drive to a separate building after check in and walk upstairs outside the building was inconvenient. Probably would not have booked this had I known stairs were involved due to having COPD. "

"Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy.
