The outside is deceptive, not having great curb appeal, but the rooms are modern and spotless with comfortable beds, good quality sheets, and large tvs. The staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is adequate, and amenities include a pool table, e-bikes and kayaks. Location is good and price can't be beat!"

"The staff was awesome, they check on you to see if your enjoying stay and help with anything , clean room, it was quiet away from the street traffic, if you get hungry- Mayfair across the road with food court has many choices ti choose from. Ruby’s restaurant was is awesome, amazing food and staff sooo friendly. My whole stay was great. Only thing I would ask for when I go back is ask if they have a flatter pillow, the one they have is a too big and made my neck sore as it was too high. Awesome...

"Building is majestic, high decorated ceilings, hardwood floors and classic art. Room decor was nice, four poster bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was a highlight, served on bone china, the eggs Benedict were perfect."

"I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. I had a kitten with me and that wasn't a problem. My room turned out to be a suite - with a living room, small well outfitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with a rain shower). The staff were amazing. I had a problem with my wayward kitten and between the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff we managed to get her into her carrier. "
