We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would...

Helpful front desk staff, comfortable rooms (although one of our queen beds was a little "tired"), delicious breakfast included in price (lots of variety of hot and cold options)...and, very close to the hospital for our needs, with ample parking. Will definitely be back. "

"The chair, bathtub, and children’s high chair were extremely dirty. The sofa and the bed were not comfortable at all..I believe the word “comfort” in the hotel’s name is misleading; “dirty” would be more appropriate.."
