"The room had 2 cracked pains of glass the shower exhaust fan was caked in dust so were the vents in the room the carpet needs a good steam clean Over all the room was comfortable the bed was ok The whole hotel could do with a paint it looks abit shabby"

"Was very noisy with the nearby construction and at night I could hear people laughing loud in the street (or on the balcony of the bar in the hotel?). Carpark is not in use so a bit annoying to use the next door carpark and lift, luckily I didn’t pack much otherwise I’d be annoyed with the walk. Wouldn’t stay here again. Was clean though and staff were helpful/ friendly."

"The walls are paper thin- I could hear the noises/voices of both rooms on either side the entire time. There was also strangely no main overhead light in the room? Only smaller wall lights which was odd and made it hard to see or read things clearly after sunset."

I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra. Very impressed!"

"The apartment suite was modern and fresh, in line with my expectations; the staff were very professional and friendly. However, I was unfortunate enough to end up with a room which had virtually no view with very limited natural light. I realise the hotel cannot do much about this even for any future guest occupying this room, as it's simply a shocking building design oversight. Getting back to positives, the hotel is located within a 5-10 min walk to the bustling Civic dining and entertainment...

"The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff...
