Stayed in a deluxe king room which was as expected but above all, very clean and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. They had the most attentive and polite staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. "

"The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management to combat this situation.
