Staff were friendly & super accommodating, from arrival to departure. Experienced a lovely welcome arrival from the reservation team. The concierge team eased my excursion planning. The hotel is beautiful as well, the beach, reception area. The staff was great. We did not want to leave! "What a wonderful place! We stayed in an overwater bungalow that had the best snorkeling just under our villa. We saw so much wildlife including reef sharks, corals, fish of so many different types and colors and even an octopus. These sites were even more special after listening to the wonderful presentation by Paul, one of the passionate marine biologists. Accommodations were incredible, but even better were the people. Everyone was great, but we are specially grateful to Sebastien whose timely intervention made us eager to hopefully return soon, and to Alice in Concierge, whose efficiency was only comparable to her kindness. All we can say is Mau'ru'uru and hope to be back very soon! "
