"The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a terrific restaurant and made the reservations! Also provided a boxed breakfast for an early train. The room was very nice and quiet. It is right by the ferry and near the walking path by the water. Would go back! Only downside is shortest walk from train station does not have sidewalks for most of it. "

"Flott hotell i passe gåavstand til sentrum ca 15-20 min å gå. Deilig basseng og poolbar. Litt mye støy fra barn som lekte i vannet men det må man tåle. Kjedelig frokost men helt ok. Mange restauranter å velge mellom i sentrum. Ta en av de mange fergene ut til Isola Bella. Et fantastisk privat slott med en imponerende hage. Vi betalte ekstra for utsikt mot sjøen. Det er det ikke verdt. Det er bare sjøglimt og det er mye støy fra veien. "

"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano "
