"Great place stay. Loved the tatami room with a really nice view to the lake. The Onsen was great too, pity it was closed for maintenence in the morning when I wanted to check out."

"The staffs were world class, food was excellent with a lot of variety. The location can't be beat and the rooftop onsen was one of a kind experience. Taking a nice afternoon stroll along the lake was also very relaxing. The only problem was mostly the constant foul smell in our room, since we were only staying for the night, we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about it, but it did ruin our experience a little."

"The onsen was the best Iโve ever been in. The outdoor โwood spasโ with about 10 different minerals and essential oils was absolutely fantastic. My only gripe is that the half board meals are identical day to day. I only stayed 2 days, so Iโm not sure how frequently the food items change. I will say the selection is giant. Because Iโm used to places that change the food options daily.. I tried to eat through the whole buffet on the first day, trying little bits of everything. Had I realized it didnโt change, I would have just had larger portions of some items and tried other stuff the next day. "
