"Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back."

Their garden area is beautifully maintained and landscaped, the rooms are clean and what a great place the sit for your breakfast, or afternoon wine at the water's edge. "Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

"Loved everything about our stay! We only had five nights. Wish it had been more. Anne, Petter and staff were so welcoming and the care and small touches make it a special place. I did my PADI recertification while I was there. So pleased to be back diving again. "A quick overnight stay in town for our early flight out next day. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The queen bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels have stains on them. The curtains just about to fall apart. Some furniture has dusts on them. The only nice place is probably the small swimming pool. The traffic is quite noisy to late at night being on the main road. We wouldn’t again."

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"The staff are beautiful and helpful. The property is dated and needs upgrading, the bed in our room was rock hard. The pool area is wonderful and provides tennis, kayaks, cabana’s, massive pool and many more activities. Certainly a good place if you have children."

"Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....
