"Room was clean and very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. A little disappointed in the casino slots because so many of the machines our card kept reading error. We would have played so much more, but couldn’t get a number of the machines to work. "

Explaining everything we had access to, amenities, and rules. I would 100% recommend staying here. I will be choosing this place for the next time I’m in the area."

"The room had some cleanliness issues—there was orange mold along the bottom of the shower door, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that wasn’t very pleasant. It was also fairly noisy at night due to traffic from the nearby road. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable, which made it easier to get a good night’s rest. "They say all pets welcome on Expedia but when I got there they said they don't allow cats. The manager did make an exception since I was staying only one night, but for others just know that Expedia got that part wrong. "

"I have to say I was soooo surprised at how comfee & cozy I was at this property. First of all it was the coldest day of the year & the staff was so accommodating & friendly. They allowed me to check in early, provided extra towels & blankets… it was clean & has a great free breakfast.. if staying in the poconos I’d highly recommend "

"This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "

"If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. "There was nothing impressive about this place. Beds comfortable but not enough bedding for warmth. Heating system loud which led to cold night/no sleep. No hot water in the morning. Husband got bit by something 3x during the night on his leg. It was quite an experience, Experian!"
