This hotel is dated. It was relatively clean, but you can see the years of wear and tear on the fixtures, floors and carpets. For the price it was worth staying the night. The staff was friendly. The morning coffee was good. We didn't stay for the 'continental breakfast' but it was pretty sparse. The location is really close to the UoS which is why we were there (visting our son at college). I would stay there again if the price is low enough.

Staff was friendly and room was fine. This place was a circus at night, noise, children running up and down hallways and banging on doors etc. It appears to be a section 8 housing transition hotel.

Appreciated the clerk who checked us in and was wonderful. Appreciated the fact that the bar was open and still serving food after 10 pm. Great location for our visit to Steamtown NHS the next morning. Would recommend and stay again.

Front desk Staff, Friday, was super nice to us at checkin. Other staff were friendly. Clean. The pool area was clean and the pool was decent size. Breakfast is not breakfast, it's bread, yogurt and coffee, but better than nothing. My only issue is that I was charged my full stay upon check-in and I was also charged the entire amount again on check out , I have been sending messages for several days with no response to get back the overcharge and have not got a response. Hopefully this review will help push them towards responding to my multiple inquiries to being double charged...
