"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Room was quite small, no room for large suitcases. Not much in the area for being able to go for a decent walk. Otherwise it's a very clean and modern hotel, restaurant was excellent, convenient airport shuttle, and all the staff were accommodating and efficient."

"This is a very basic hotel ten minutes from the airport. It is also close to a metro though central Lisbon is 30-40 minute ride away.
If you need an airport hotel, it's fine. For the price I paid though I could have stayed in town at a cute boutique hotel instead. Taxis in Lisbon are efficient and cheap so distance from airport isn't a big problem. I'd skip Uber in Lisbon. It was overpriced."
