"Wifi sucks!!!"

"Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including laundry/dishwasher soap which is the last thing you want to have to purchase on vacation. The pool was amazing and heated (as promised). We had the pool to ourselves daily because most folks living at the Landing are off working so it was quiet and serene. Honestly, the pool was like new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and they even allowed us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning."

"I never stayed at a hotel that didnt give any kind of service to the customer. No towels unless you return the dirty ones back to the front desk. Also only one person was working. The front desk closes at night and noone was around til 9:00 am. So if u need something you had to call the man at his home to come give you what you need. If you want to change your sheets you had to take them off the bed and bring them down to them. Insane. No room service..no repairman to fix anything that is broken. We changed our room 3times.The first room had water pouring out the bottom of the air-conditioner. Second room the toilet wouldnt flush. The bathtub fixture came off. It goes on and on. Terrible experience. "

"It would have been nice to use the pool however there were people smoking dope and drinking in the pool area along with playing their boomboxes super loud. There was one guy who had a house arrest bracelet on who was sitting in the shallow end of the pool smoking dog with one leg in and house arrest leg out."
