"the room was nice but a little dated. There was a small makeup mirror that was not cleaned the entire time even though I left it out. The beach was nearby and that was amazing. I was there for a work meeting and everything was great for that."

"The service was AMAZING! The staff were so welcoming and caring and I definitely would come back! A bit far from most activites and famous spots such as ipanema and Copacobana but still a nice place to stay."

"Wonderful place to spend a few nights….it is like you are 3 hours away from Rio enjoying nature and the many restaurants serving great food. Staff would extremely accommodating!!!!"

"Swimming pool is very small. It is across the road from the beach. The rooms are nicely air conditioned. Staff don’t have much of a personality. They are not bad but not great either. Overall reasonably clean. They have a feet sand washer in the front which is nice when you finish the beach before you get in the hotel. Breakfast is Brazilian continental nothing special but it will get you started for your day. Opens at 6.30am for breakfast. Generally speaking best to have lunch and dinner in a proper restaurant as you will be paying similar prices for better food. For the price you won’t complain as much but don’t expect more than a 3 star even though hotel is a 4 star. "

"On the plus side the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, really top quality breakfast. On the downside there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Had to pay for a bottle of still water on check out. Nearly every other hotel I stay in would have complimentary water. The staff at the pool bar were not very friendly at all (maybe we caught them on a bad couple of days). "

"I have to wait over an hour for the check in. Stuff looking at you at all moments uncomfortable. And the area it’s around the beach to logic be shirt less. And I was told not to be when I was heading to my suit. "
