"Great location for Haneda or Narita. Shipping was great. Went to R/Q for sushi and it was the best. They kept our bags so we could Al our last day. Finally got a soft bed and 2 pillows. They also have 2 elevators instead of one. Get the double room for more space."

"The room is quite big compared to other hotels in the area. We opted for the western-japanese with a balcony which was GREAT. Service at reception was very nice too and helped us with the TA-Q-BIN and other issues. It's near the station, very convenient. NOTE: As other guests said, the train tracks are near so you could expect some noise, but with the double window we did not have any issue, it's like a murmur at night and should not disrupt your sleep."

"I frequently travel to Tokyo and this would be my favourite hotel to stay. Reasonable price, good connections to other places with JR and subway station, good food nearby (I recommend the Japanese-Italian place Kobaya just next door). The neighbourhood is a suburb but on the Yamanote line with great vibes. Rooms are moderately sized with a huge TV, shower facilities is great with the water heater being the best I have used (even better than my house!). Some of the staff are great with English...
