"I planned this trip on a budget so I did not expect a five-star experience at this place. The pool looked like a large bowl of moldy soup and probably hasn't been used in a few years. There was no breakfast as advertised and I had no TV my entire stay. When I called for assistance they came and looked at the TV then said they would need to contact Comcast. "Everything was clean, room was great, pool was nice, breakfast was awesome every day, staff is super friendly. The only negative thing I saw was there were very tiny ants in our room on the second floor. It wasn’t a huge amount but occasionally I would see one in the bathroom or kitchen. "When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day. Tonya and the other staff are very helpful! "
