"The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The views from the room was outstanding. On the hotel website it states that "early check-in is possibly if you ask at reception" we asked at reception and was informed that you cannot check-in before 3pm. Could you please amend your website to avoid any confusion? "

"This is the place to be if you arrive by train and no better base for the Agatha Christie Festival or anything at Torre Abbey. The walk along the waterfront is elegant and safe, even at night. The staff are wonderful and if you like good, old-fashioned service and a traditional English breakfast, you will love it. The pool, bar and lounges are spacious and comfortable and the rooms are clean. "
