The hotel is conveniently located to get around the area. My stay was perfectly fine had a great massage. The hotel is conveniently located to the small shopping area and the Ander Zorn museum.

Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated. The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late. Convenient electric car charging straight across the road. The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time. Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.

Das Zimmer war sauber aber die Betten durchgelegen. Der SPA Bereich hat alles, was man benötigt, war sauber aber kalt. Sowohl die Luft als auch das Wasser. Das Frühstück war ok. Von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr. In Deutschland max. 3-Sterne.

Frukosten kaotisk med mycket gäster och personal som inte hann fylla på frukosten. Dåligt med sittplatser. Frukosttider mellan 07-09, uruselt under semestertider med knökfullt med gäster. Förläng frukosttiden till åtminstone 10:00!.

Personalen var hjälpsam i receptionen när vi behövde byta rum. Hade bra alternativ på rum med separat barnrum som även hade leksaker. Så det var en trevlig överraskning. Spat var ok men kanske inte jättestort.
