"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The property was very clean throughout, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel offers great amenities, and one of my favorite parts was the beautiful views of the water, which made the experience feel even more relaxing even though I was traveling for business. The breakfast buffet was good - there were plenty of good options to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and satisfying. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where I ordered the grandma’s chicken dish which was absolutely delicious. When I first arrived, my assigned room was located very close to the elevator and had a connecting door. As a female traveling alone, this made me a bit uneasy. I went back down to the front desk to ask about alternatives, and that’s when I met Alex. At the time, I didn’t realize he was the manager, but he took my concerns seriously right away. He listened carefully and immediately found me a different room that was farther from the elevators and did not have an adjoining door. I really appreciated how thoughtfully he handled the situation. His care and attention made me feel much more comfortable and truly enhanced my overall stay. It’s that kind of service that makes a place stand out, and I’m very grateful for it."

"Last time I was there, my main complaint was not having a shower car . To my surprise after 4 years, there was two in my room. Spa is top tier . We call it the happy place !!"

"We will definitely return to Marco Island. This resort is in walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach is great. My daughter found a large seashell that was closed and a few minutes later an octopus came out of the shell. It was really neat. The pool area is nearly redone with the remodel. Don’t waste time going to the neighboring pool."

"Room had bad smell and was damp. A/C was very noisy and several dead flies in bath. Gardens, pool and outside space very good."

"I would not stay here again. Staff was wonderful and never had an issue with them. Issues: pics on Expedia look NOTHING like the suite I stayed in, one roll of toilet paper, no alarm clock, little fridge wasn't running properly and ruined my food, freezing everything. Tried moving the controls but didn't help. Expedia description stated "shower/bath combos" but the room they were going to put me in didn't have a tub so they had to give me a different type of room that still had the tubs. I don't have a tub at home so that's a very important part of my decision making. I would have been furious if they didn't still have them in the suites which they upgraded me to with no question AT ALL (big kudos on that!!!) Place needs some serious sound proofing...and the straw that broke the camel's back was the roach that tried to crawl up into my lap while I was reading on the couch. They offered to move me or spray but moving wouldn't guarantee anything and I'm highly sensitive to chemicals. I ended up spending money on roach bait stations. I did not ask to be comped but that would have been nice."
