"when i checked into the hotel they checked me into a dirty room that was not clean, and they eventually upgraded and moved me to a clean room! During my stay they didnt clean the room properly it was very dusty and i ran out of whoer gel and if time had been taken to go and clean the room thoroughly instead of rushing all these things may have been sorted! its either the workers are over worked or they are understaffed! its a beautiful hotel but the internal issues need to be fixed"

"Camera pulita, spaziosa e comoda, ma la pulizia non è automatica, , va richiesta e non ci sono i condizionatori ma il ventilatore. Aria condizionata solo nella hall. Buona la colazione ma non usano cornetti o dolci , solo pancake. Personale multilingue, bar ben fornito con personale molto efficiente e cordiale. Buona la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla gare di nord o 1,5 km dal centro raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi."

"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. The water would suddenly would scolding hot. With no warning and water pressure would drop off. Breakfast was nice fresh Continental with a few hot bits. Staff are nice helpful."

"BTSのライブの際に予約が取れて本当にラッキーでした。スタジアム目の前です。お部屋には電気ポットがあり便利でした。ライブ前後も十分に休息出来ました。スタッフの方も親切に行先への案内もして頂けました。少しバスルームが古さを感じ、シャワー扉が完全に閉まらなくてお水が床に出て濡れてしまいましたが、BTSライブというブリュッセル自体が大変混んでいた日にこちらに宿泊出来て本当にありがたかったです。"

"The shower was clogged and there was mold everywhere, very unsafe for health. The toilet was dirty. The pics they used for advertsing are not the ones for the rental."

"Check-in fácil e prático de realizar, mesmo chegando tarde. Locais limpos e com arrumação nos quartos. O café da manhã era bem completo. O único inconveniente que não percebemos antes é que não há elevador e que as escadas podem ser um pouco curtas e íngremes."

"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"The hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.staff were very helpful. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect. Hotel is in a really great location. Breakfast was perfect! Great for vegans. We had a delightful stay and fell in love with Brussels. Thankyou so much ❤️"

"This was our second time staying at a Hoxton hotel. Both times we've been very pleased. The room was fabulous and the resturant offered amazing Peruvian style menu. There was a beautiful arboretum with walking trails just outside the hotel door. The staff was friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back and also look for other Hoxton hotels wherever we travel."

"I had a really positive stay overall. I arrived at around 9:30am after what felt like 16 hours without sleep, and although check-in wasn't until 3pm, Sebastian at reception kindly checked whether my room was ready. Luckily it was, and he let me check in early so I could get some much-needed rest. That small act of kindness made such a difference and was a fantastic start to my stay. "A lovely place about 15 mins walk from Grand Place. Staff are v friendly & helpful (take a bow, Itzel 😀). Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean & comfy. And Definitely a good place to be based to explore Brussels."
