"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. "AVOID: Did not have hot water in the shower for several days. Spoke to the front desk four times (to Manon and Natasha); each time, they told me they were aware of the problem, that a technician had come, and that the problem was fixed. We stayed in Chamonix because my husband ran the UTMB marathon: when he finished the marathon, he had a cold shower and shivered for hours.
