"Customer service at the Monville is excellent. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday in my message to the hotel through Expedia and they surprised us with a box of chocolate and champagne, which we both really enjoyed and appreciated! We also called for a shower cap and they came within a minute which was excellent because we were in a rush to get ready. The valet was super easy and cost about 30$/night. They also gave us an umbrella to roam around the city with in the rain. All in all, amazing hotel, will definitely be back here the next time we’re in Montreal. They made for an unforgettable experience!"
