We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We looked at various hotels but kept coming back to this one and we are so glad that we did. It's in an excellent location, just a block from the metro and short walking distance to many of the sites including old port. It's quiet, clean, comfortable beds, and the hotel staff was awesome.

Hotel was as described. It was clean and wonderful location. We couldn’t valet because we did not have winter tires on, but that isn’t the hotel’s issue as they disclosed it on their site. Expedia did not to my knowledge. We had an emergency present itself and had to end our stay early. The hotel was very accommodating and professional. We had a lovely time and I highly recommend. The lobby also smells amazing!

We stayed here for 5 nights and would certainly return. The bilingual staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop area on the 10th floor with seating and great views. We were there in early April so this area wasn't being serviced for the season yet. However it is still open for guests to access. There is a relaxed quiet main floor restaurant area with a well stocked bar. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with delicious choices. It is also easy walking to many restaurants and cafes.We are in our late 70's and walked to Ste Catherines St to Old Montreal. We did not use any transportation except to take a taxi to and from the airport. The fare is $50 CAD flat rate one way.
