The hotel was well kept. The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel and rooms were very nice. The only flaw is the staff didn't know where to go eat a smoked meat sandwhich.

Parking lot was terrible, you have better space outside if you want to park. Front desk workers were pretty rude and not helpful. We had asked for extra toilet paper and it took them more than 2 hours to bring it to our room. The included breakfast that comes with the room was not good and the pancakes were very undercooked.

It took almost 45 minutes to check-in. Online Checkin didn’t work. Front staff was very rude when asked for assistance. Dirty curtains with food on it. No additional shampoo, conditioner or hand soaps received even when we stayed for more than one night. Small elevator that takes forever to arrive. Elevator was very dirty and smelled. Never staying here again. I don’t normally do any reviews but this place needed one.

The room where we stayed was nice and the bed comfortable. When we arrived it was ready and well cleaned. The staff is nice and polite. At check in they warned us they would clean the room every other day, but it was cleaned only once during the whole week. The rest of the time they just changed the towels and picked up the garbage. That was it. The carpets in the hotel hallways and elevator need changing. They are dirty and stained. The hotel is very well located but it has a loitering problem. There was always a group of young people smoking pod at the stairs in the main entrance of the hotel.
