The place could be more finished (pictures did not depict). and the floors were kind of dirty. Also washcloths would be nice. However the fellow was helpful with us checking in. The stairway should be cleaner. All in all I think the place was nice, but would love to see it’s full potential.

OWNER WAS NOT TRUTHFUL! The apartment promised 2 double beds and a pull out couch, which would work well for our family. There was no couch when we arrived. Owner said he would bring a couch in 30 min, but we gave him 3 hrs and he did not bring a couch. He refused to refund us. It was infuriating.
No couch— but owner would not issue a refund.
The couch that was supposed to be there was trashed outside on the deck.

We loved this property. Came for Thanksgiving Holiday with my family. The place was beautiful, comfortable. It was walkong distance to many attractions and the beautiful park. There was plenty to eat around us and calling an uber was easy and efficient.

A nice place close to everything. New construction happening in the lot next to it which is loud and started early in the morning, did not hear on Saturday or Sunday, just Monday morning.

The pictures of this place did not disappoint. The suite is clean, beautiful and very modern. The only complaint I have is the location. If you have a family or if you are looking to relax after a long day I don't recommend this place. There are two night clubs right across the street that will prevent you from getting any sleep from the hours of 2300-0400. Also when these clubs let the patrons out, it seems as they come over to these suites and continue the after party running up and down hallways. I stayed here from Friday night until Monday morning and could not wait to leave. If you are looking for a party vibe then this is for you. Other than the location this place is beautiful!! We had an issue with the pullout couch and the owner brought a brand new air mattress and pillows in under an hour and was very nice. I appreciate him for taking care of us like that.

The place was exceptionally clean and spacious. The architecture was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and each room had a tv. Cupboards were well stocked with kitchenwares. Towels and linens were nice and clean. It exceeded our expectations.

It was a great alternative to a hotel as we were there for a girls weekend and wanted a comfortable area to sit and chat with some amenities to have breakfast in. The place was modern and clean with comfortable beds and easily accessible by walking to everything downtown as well as the airport. Enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation I gave the owner is maybe installing another mirror as there was only one bathroom mirror but other than that it was fantastic!

Great location and apartment layout

Excellent location and apartment layout. Two bathrooms was helpful for our family. Was very clean and tidy within the unit. Great communication from our host. Check in and check out was a breeze. And parking next door was super convenient. Would be happy to stay again.

Great location, very noisy!

This is a party apartment. Great location but the noise either from the skyscraper construction next door or the nightclub opposite. Also the noise from other apartments was considerable. Not a family location at the weekend.

Great spacious downtown location.

We had a fantastic visit to Montreal. The apartment is located downtown with easy access to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. It was also spacious, very clean and quiet (Saturday night life music nearby drifted up to our 3rd floor bedrooms but it wasn't too bad). The hosts communicated effectively and in a timely fashion. I'd definitely book with them again.

The space itself is perfectly fine, just know this area is bustling at night and will likely be partying until at least 2am. The building is well sound proofed so it wasn't a major distraction but it has the potential to be. If you're coming to party yourself, this is the place, you'll be right in the center of it all.

Great experience!

My stay at this apartment was amazing! The space was incredibly spacious, and the balcony/patio offered great views of the city. The prime location made it convenient to explore all the city has to offer, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. If I ever have the opportunity to visit again, I would choose this property without hesitation. It's a true gem, highly recommended!

Incredible location in the center of downtown.. Was close to as advertised and very clean. Couple of doors were in disrepair and the handrail to get up the steps into the apartment was badly damaged, to point it could be dangerous.. Instructions to gain entry were spot on, especially important when there is no one on site. Third bed is a pull out couch that was not overly comfortable, but passable. We would probably stay again as it had the most important thing. Location, location, location...

Terrible costumer service and staff coordinator!!!! We had to pay one night out of pocket because the main door was locked and we could not get in to the property. Not recommended!!!!
