"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. "Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. Rooms were so cute and spacious. Had read some reviews about the noise from the plaza being loud, but we couldn't hear a thing. Will be staying here again when visiting Florence."

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was clean. The was pleasant. Breakfast consisted mostly of pastries. We traveled as a group of four and the seating for breakfast was challenging to eat as a group. The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus.
