"Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!"

"The view... it's magnificent! Walk out the door of your room and be confronted with the pure beauty of Tuscany. I don't think we've ever spent so much time just relaxing with a drink and a snack, overlooking the countryside. We saw beautiful sunsets and also a thunderstorm. Wish we had booked more nights. A short walk to the historic town of San Gimignano. The hosts are truly welcoming and helpful. They can organise a wonderful wine tasting tour (with a discount) and provide a lovely breakfast,...

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

"This was my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is the upper floor of a private palazzo with a view of expansive gardens. Being off the beaten path was perfect because it was a calm from the very overwhelming city center. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING and the interior design was a perfect mixture of modern and Italian. I hope to get back to Florence soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here!"
