Especially the swim up bar (helps save money on commuting to other thermal springs as well as the entrance fee) Staff were wonderful! Sweet and helpful at recommending restaurants and activities:) Transportation from the airport to hotel was $225, so great to split between 5 people."

Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."
