"Stay away" , I will not recommend this property. This is an old property may be taken over by another management who clearly at a loss to run a hotel business. There is no ice bucket in the room and when I asked about it they offered tiny breakfast juice cups to collect the ice. In the bathroom there is a place for shampoo, conditioner & shower gel dispenser and the conditioner dispenser was there and when I asked the front desk whether they can fill the shower gel they offered few tiny hand soaps. The room does not have the phone & microwaves and you have to ask front office to deliver that and front office very rudely asked me tell all the items missing in the room together so that they don't have to make number of trips. The property listed that they have laundry facility and that is one of the reason I chose this property only to be informed that it is not functioning. The room layout is very bad, there is not enough space to keep your luggage. I asked the front desk number of times to change the linens & collect the trash but that did not happen. Finally they promised to do full room service that was done at 4 pm in the afternoon.

Bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, hair on the sink, bathroom just didn’t look like it was cleaned. The deadbolt on the door did not lock which felt unsafe. Honestly just not a good stay. We didn’t even use the shower from how dirty it looked. The people in the room next door kept going in and out of their room all night. very noisy, would never stay again. Super overpriced for the room. Also the pictures do not match cleanliness of the room.

The rooms are very small, and the building hasn't been updated since it was built. This hotel is in need of renovation.

Guest services was never available. Room conditions were awful!! Air conditoner broke, microwave broke, and vanity lights broke. Bathroom was filthy!! Bathtub had mold and hair everywhere. Had to go buy bleach to clean entire bathroom. Asked for a different room and they refused to accommodate.

Hotel was shabby, at best. Missing outlet covers, many outlets that didn’t work, walls and ceiling very dirty. Bathtub was a mess. Pool and hot tub covered with plywood and astroturf.

I like the bed it was comfortable and clean. I did not like that they spray the rooms with strong desinfectant, no pool or jacuzzy as stated. facility is not very clean. Staff in the front desk is very unwelcoming not even a smile or greeting.

The room was extremely dirty with stained sheets, dirty pillows and towels. Full of cockroaches and other insects and bugs. It was disguising. We have booked for 2 nights but stayed for couple of hours only and checked out. Still waiting for a refund…

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have seen. Don’t let the pictures and beach front fool you. Sink has a big crack, no light switch covers, rusty lamps, bathtub and surfaces are super dirty, tons of stains on the bed. Staff was not helpful when we told them our complaints. We were put on the third floor and they did not have elevators. We were not comfortable to stay here so we left.

The property was a glorified apartment building. My room was definitely not up to par. There were rat droppings in the sink and dresser drawers, brown/red stain in the tub and sawdust beneath the sink. The ac access buttons was covered in slime. I requested another room, but after that i just couldn't stay there. So i checked out within 40 minutes of arriving there.

The restroom in the room was dirty, there was a dead bug on the floor, you can tell the floor hasn’t been clean. There was old food in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The shower head was literally coming off the wall, and mold around. After the first night, I asked my husband why the room wasn’t clean and he said that the person at the front desk told him that they only clean the rooms every 3 days. That grossed me out. Makes me think that if they are careless with cleaning the rooms, maybe the sheets might not be clean. The location of the hotel is great, only 3 min walk to the beach. They need to keep those rooms clean and upgrade.

Location was good. Across from Marina State Beach right of the freeway. Good costumer service. Unfortunately the hotel is worn down and rooms are dirty, we found roaches and mold in our room. The stairs are not safe when it rains. We had a person from our party slip and fall because of the wet stairs. 3 floors and no elevator. The rooms are small. Not adequate for 2 beds. We had one of the beds literally next to the AC and window and the other next to wall and it didn’t give room to walk.

The room we were in was in terrible disrepair. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire, there were holes in the bathroom door and the front door had clearly been broken multiple times and just screwed back together. The walls were dirty and I did not feel safe in a hotel in this condition.

I booked this property for a birthday trip with my best friend. We came down from Oregon and Washington. Upon check in, we were given a room on the bottom floor. The first thing I noticed was that the smoke detector in the room was missing. Wires were hanging down and no detector was present. The sprinklers were rusted over and I don’t believe they would have worked. Secondly, the floors were extremely dirty. After walking through the room once from the bed to the bathroom with bare feet, my feet were black. Next, the bathroom door did not close unless forced, there were holes in the walls, the countertops were filthy and had multiple dents in them. On top of all this, there was no pee hole in the door so we were unable to see who was outside if anybody knocked. The walls are so thin that we hurt absolutely everything. A couple next-door we’re having a fight and she was screaming at him, the couple above us were extremely “active” if you get my meaning. Sleep was very hard to come by. On our last night, there, at 5 o’clock in the morning, the fire alarm went off outside our door for approximately 15 minutes, but nobody was evacuated, the fire department did not show up, and nobody could tell us what was going on. The entire property felt unsafe, extremely dirty, and not up to par for a Radisson. The pool that they were supposed to have was boarded over so we were unable to use that as well. The walkways were also filthy. Not recommended!

Overall, the place feels like a cheap motel. There were used Zyns plastered all over our wall and ceiling, the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag, no towels at check in, our room was never cleaned or linen changed as promised since we stayed 5 days- they supposedly come every 3 days. When walking by other vacant rooms, windows were left wide open, some with no screens- left dirty for the entirety of our stay. Who knows what was able to get into rooms left like that before they were turned over for next guest left dirty for days. Staff was polite at the front desk and dining however the place needs a serious deep clean. Walkable to the beach, close to freeway entrance and many food options in a close proximity.

When we attempted to check in, no one was available for several minutes. There was uncleaned food waste on the floor in the main office and cafeteria area. Our room had many stains on the bedding, sheets, pillow cases, and walls. The thing that encouraged us to leave and get another hotel was where the smoke detector should have been, there was an open hole in the ceiling with wires hanging out.

THEY NEED A LOT OF DETAIL INSIDE EVERYTHING WAS SOMETHING DIRTY THE SHOWERS HAD HAIR AND THE WINDOWS DIRTY, THE BATHTUB HAD NO WATER THE PHONE HAD NO LINE AND NO FLAME DETECTOR AND OUTSIDE THE EMERGENCY SIGNS DID NOT WORK AND WERE BROKEN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THEY HAVE TO FIX A LOT. AND MORE DETAILS THAT IT NEEDS.
