the hotel staff with indian accent still need improvement in providing professional service:
as they mentioned checkout time was 11am, however when we were running some errands and came back at 10am before checkout, the room card no longer worked, upon reporting issues at front desk, another woman with indian accent took the key holder coming up saying she will help opening the door, however she walked all the way down the hallway aimlessly, without ideas what to do, then came back repeatedly asking what room number is. Finally when the door opened, she spoke to us in a careless tone as "it's ok" -- huh? who told you it is?
facilities are as described, no more comments
btw, heard some loud noise in the midnight, which woke us once before alarm rang.
opinion above is based on the fact, and the only suggestion here is to make your plans accordingly, depending on your budget and expectation
1 less star for service, 1 less star for disturbance, 3 star is the best we can give
