Pros:
Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean and even came with a resident seagull that wanted to be fed constantly. The room was spacious with a fireplace and balcony with two chairs. The staff was accommodating and delivered towels and coffee amenities when asked. Convenient parking underground with an elevator. The property was conveniently located near downtown shopping and restaurants.
Cons:
the nightstands were badly scratched and the doors on the wet bar were hanging by a thread. No room service unless you asked for it and we were told when we checked in that we had to make our own bed and call for towels when needed. The water pressure was poor which made it a challenge to perform hand and facial cleansing functions. The carpet was old and very dated, but it did look clean. The only ice machine was on the first floor next to the pool. No breakfast service and for the room rates breakfast should be delivered to your room if so desired.
